Brad Barges
Founder and President
Brad Barges is the Founder and President of XTC Logistics Inc. and XTC US Xpress. Brad started his career in the Supply Chain Management/Logistics field as a long-haul truck driver gaining many years of hands on experience as well as learning the ins and outs of the business. After working many years as a truck driver Brad took his knowledge and love for the industry and opened XTC Logistics Inc a third-party logistics company. Brad first started his company out of his home hauling empty plastic bottles, after some time he started gaining more business and decided to open a small workspace in Kitchener, Ontario where he hired his first employee. From there Brad has grown XTC Logistics, from moving to a bigger office in Breslau, ON, opening a satellite office in Amherstburg, ON as well as opening a US Division XTC US Xpress Inc in Indianapolis, IN.
Rachel Morrison
Director of Operations
Rachel Morrison is the Director of Operations and manages the overall operations for XTC Logistics and XTC US XPRESS Inc and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. She serves as XTC’s representative on regulatory issues, enhancing the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand.
Rachel originally dreamt about pursuing a career in professional hairdressing before being introduced into the supply chain management/logistics field. She started her career in supply chain management/logistics and soon after found XTC in 2017 as a dispatcher in house. Rachel has continued to grow alongside both XTC and has exceeded all expectations.
Vikram Deol
Dispatch Manager
Vikram Deol is the Dispatch Manager at XTC Logistics . He is decisive and driven in operations with a rich blend of accounting, strategic, administrative and leadership talents gained from years of experience and studies. An effective and articulate communicator who quickly builds and nurtures excellent working relationships with external contacts, management, and key decision-makers. Vikram is fiscally conscious professional equipped with strong budgeting, negotiations, forecasting and estimating skills.
As a Dispatch Manager overseeing accomplice at two diverse logistics organizations, it has been his wide scope of information and imagination that has prompted the achievement of the organizations he has guided to this point. Vikram keeps on working intimately with the customers and helping to discover the answers to the issues they look at in the regularly changing universe of logistics. In his fairly restricted spare time, Vikram takes care of his Real Estate Business to increase his financial portfolio and also appreciates wine accumulation as a hobby.
